Aspire Software is looking for a Senior System Administrator to join our team in Lebanon.

What your day will look like:
Cloud & Systems Administration
- Manage Azure AD identity and access, including provisioning, conditional access, MFA, and group policy integration.
- Support cloud infrastructure initiatives across AWS (e.g., EC2, S3, IAM, VPC), including monitoring, scaling, and cost optimization.
- Implement security and compliance controls across Microsoft 365, Intune, and AWS environments.
- Maintain system patching, application deployment, and endpoint compliance through Intune and related tools.
- Monitor system health, performance, and availability across cloud platforms.
End-User & Helpdesk Support
- Provide Tier 1–2 support for escalated issues related to Microsoft 365, Intune, and cloud access.
- Assist with onboarding/offboarding workflows including account provisioning, license assignment, and device enrollment.
- Troubleshoot connectivity, authentication, and application issues within Microsoft 365 and AWS environments.
- Educate users on secure practices, cloud productivity tools, and remote access solutions.
Operations, Documentation & Continuous Improvement
- Maintain accurate records of cloud assets, licenses, and system configurations.
- Document standard operating procedures, knowledge base articles, and technical troubleshooting guides.
- Proactively identify opportunities to streamline workflows, enhance security, and improve cloud operations.
- Collaborate with vendors and escalate complex issues as required.
- Stay current with Microsoft 365, Intune, and AWS feature updates, emerging cloud technologies, and best practices.
- 3–5 years of experience in cloud/system administration with a focus on Microsoft 365, Intune, and AWS.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune).
- Hands-on experience with Azure AD identity and access management.
- Familiarity with AWS services such as EC2, S3, IAM, and networking (VPC, VPN).
- Solid understanding of security concepts including MFA, conditional access, DLP, and compliance frameworks.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve escalated system and cloud issues.
- Excellent communication skills for supporting users and collaborating with IT peers.
Preferred Skills
- Microsoft or AWS certifications (e.g., MS-500, AZ-104, SC-300, AWS Solutions Architect Associate).
- Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira Service Desk).
- Exposure to monitoring/logging tools (e.g., CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, Splunk).
- Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Knowledge of IT security best practices and cloud governance.
