About the Role
We’re looking for a self-starting, data-driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute all marketing activities across two fast-moving businesses in the automotive industry. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on autonomy, brings fresh ideas to the table, and is excited about launching innovative products including AI-powered modules into the market.
You’ll be responsible for designing and delivering marketing strategies that support both day-to-day sales efforts and the go-to-market (GTM) launches of new products. Working closely with leadership and sales, you will create campaigns, generate content, track performance, and continuously refine your approach based on data.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Development & Execution
- Own the end-to-end development of marketing campaigns to generate leads for both existing services and new products.
- Independently come up with creative campaign ideas and content, including digital assets, pitch decks, brochures, and landing pages.
- Execute multi-channel campaigns across email, web, social media, and industry-specific platforms.
Go-to-Market Strategy
- Lead GTM planning and execution for new product launches, including AI-powered modules and SaaS-style features.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and leadership to define messaging, positioning, and rollout plans.
Marketing Operations & Analytics
- Set up and maintain marketing performance dashboards covering campaign effectiveness, website traffic, lead generation, and social media engagement.
- Continuously analyze performance metrics and make data-informed recommendations to improve ROI.
- Manage CRM and marketing automation tools to track and nurture leads.
Content & Brand Management
- Develop marketing materials from scratch, including blog posts, social content, email copy, and case studies.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints.
- Manage and improve the company websites to support campaigns and product launches.
What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in SaaS, automotive, or tech environments.
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership of marketing from ideation through to execution and reporting.
- Experience launching new products, including developing GTM plans.
- Strong content creation skills (writing, design basics, and messaging).
- Analytical mindset with experience in campaign tracking, SEO/SEM, web analytics, and marketing KPIs.
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
- Proactive, collaborative, and able to thrive in a lean, entrepreneurial setting.
Bonus Points
- Experience marketing AI or software-based products.
- Background in the automotive industry.
- Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, Canva, Webflow, or similar platforms.
