Revolutionary remote driving tech- We built the world’s first commercial remote driving product.
Breaking boundaries across continents- First to roll out vehicles in both Europe and the USA on public roads without a human being inside & one of only two companies in the States operating a commercial driverless service.
Vegas fleet on the rise- Our vehicle fleet is scaling fast, from 20 to 100 cars in Las Vegas. We’re just getting started!

This is a unique opportunity to shape the global People and Culture vision at one of the most innovative companies in mobility. As Director of People, you’ll report directly to our Co-Founders and work alongside senior leaders to ensure our people strategy scales with our ambition. From performance reviews to leadership development, culture-building to compensation, your impact will be felt across continents.
What you'll be driving:

Build and lead a world-class People function that includes: People Operations, Development, Compensation, Performance Management, Employee Relations, Well-being, Onboarding/Offboarding, L&D, and Community.

Partner closely with our Co-Founders to define and drive a global people strategy that fosters growth, engagement, and cross-office collaboration.

Lead and manage our People, Talent Acquisition, and Community teams, establishing KPIs that drive accountability and excellence.

Run critical people programs including our biannual Performance Reviews, Engagement Surveys, quarterly Temperature Checks, and Leadership Development initiatives.

Champion and evolve our Leadership Training program, ensuring consistent rollout and adoption across the business within 12 months.

Define and implement scalable frameworks to track organisational health and culture.

Drive leadership coaching, manager enablement, and feedback loops to enhance leadership maturity across all levels.

Act as a guardian of our company values, weaving them into everything from onboarding to performance.

Continuously refine the employee experience, identifying ways to simplify and scale the employee lifecycle.

Serve as a strategic partner to the executive team, aligning people plans with business outcomes and workforce planning.
What are we looking for:
-
7+ years of progressive HR experience with ownership over strategic projects like performance management, engagement, L&D, and leadership development.

5+ years in HR leadership roles, ideally having reported directly to founders or C-level leaders.

Proven track record in fast-scaling tech or product-led scale-ups (150+ employees), with pre-launch or growth-stage company experience.

Deep understanding of cross-cultural teams and international people operations, having worked outside the U.S. or in global teams.

Experience overseeing workforce planning and compensation budgets with strong financial acumen.

Exceptional communication and influencing skills; comfortable being both a thought partner and a challenger.

Highly strategic, results-driven mindset with the ability to move fluidly between big picture and operational detail.

Trusted advisor and coach to senior leaders, with a track record of shaping and evolving company culture.

Based in or willing to relocate to Las Vegas (minimum 4 days/week in our downtown office).
