Position Overview:

VIPKid is looking for a motivated and strategic “Growth and Partnerships Lead” to drive our expansion in the South Korean market. This role will focus on generating leads and sales for our online English learning products by building partnerships, leveraging digital marketing, collaborating with influencers, and organizing impactful events. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, digital marketing, and creating buzz through offline and online channels.

Responsibilities:

1. Partnerships and Business Development:

  • Identify, establish, and manage strategic partnerships with educational institutions, local businesses, community organizations, and other relevant stakeholders to expand VIPKid's presence in the South Korean market.
  • Negotiate and secure mutually beneficial agreements with partners to drive lead generation and brand awareness.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners to maximize collaboration opportunities and long-term growth.

2. Digital Marketing and Lead Generation:

  • Develop and implement data-driven digital marketing strategies across various channels, including social media, content marketing, SEO, and paid advertising, to generate high-quality leads.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content that resonates with our target audience and effectively communicates the value of VIPKid's programs.
  • Analyze and optimize digital campaigns to ensure maximum reach, engagement, and conversion rates.

3. Influencer and Social Media Collaboration:

  • Build relationships with influencers, bloggers, and content creators in the education, parenting, and lifestyle sectors to increase brand visibility and drive engagement.
  • Coordinate influencer campaigns that align with VIPKid's brand message, utilizing their platforms to reach a wider audience and generate leads.
  • Manage social media presence, actively engaging with followers and responding to inquiries to nurture a community around VIPKid's offerings.

4. Offline and Online Events Management:

  • Plan, organize, and execute both offline and online events, such as educational workshops, open houses, webinars, and virtual fairs, to showcase VIPKid's products and engage with potential customers directly.
  • Collaborate with partners to co-host events that drive attendance and promote VIPKid's programs to a broader audience.
  • Ensure seamless event execution and follow-up, capturing and nurturing leads generated from these activities to convert them into paying customers.

5. Market Research and Insights:

  • Conduct in-depth market analysis to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities in the South Korean market.
  • Use insights from market research to refine lead generation tactics, partnership opportunities, and overall growth strategies.

6. Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Track and analyze the performance of all growth and partnership initiatives, providing regular reports and insights to evaluate progress against targets.
  • Continuously refine strategies based on data to optimize performance and drive better results.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in growth, partnerships, digital marketing, or a similar role, preferably in the education, e-learning, or technology sector.
  • Proven experience in lead generation, partnership development, influencer engagement, and event execution.
  • Strong understanding of the South Korean market, with a network of connections in the education, influencer, and digital media spaces.
  • Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media advertising, SEO, and analytics.
  • Native Korean speaker with proficiency in English.
