Sales Manager (Korean Speaker)

Responsibilities
● Manage the inbound leads and proactively follow up the leads till deal close.
● Contact, engage and sell to parents/students our classes and educational products through telesales, instant messaging and other communication channels.
● Handle enquiries on sales, quotations, and service enquiries promptly.
● Guide the parents through a consultative selling process focused on matching student’s needs with our product and service capabilities.
● Update all activities in the Sales Reporting Tool in a timely manner.
● Provide excellent services and delight customers to attract word-of-mouth referrals.
● Attend any marketing events when required.
● Any other ad-hoc duties as required.
Requirements
● Minimum 1-3 years of working experience in sales and/or marketing role.
● Korean speaker, with strong written and spoken English skills.
● Experience in the education industry will be a big plus.
● Demonstrated track record of developing new opportunities, closing accounts and exceeding sales targets.
● High energy, passionate and deeply empathetic of the customer.
● Highly self-motivated with the ability to work fast and smart independently.
