About WisdomAI
WisdomAI is redefining the Business Intelligence category with an AI Data Analyst that finally delivers on the promise of end-user self-service. By combining our Enterprise Context Layer, semantic memory, and human-curation with AI reasoning, WisdomAI empowers every knowledge worker to ask questions, get accurate answers grounded in enterprise data, and take action — all in their workflow.
We are backed by Kleiner Perkins, NVentures, Coatue, Madrona, GTM, and Menlo Ventures, and we are building a world-class team to scale the category we’re creating.
Role Overview
We are looking for an analytical, audience-obsessed, and multi-media savvy Product Marketer (storyteller) who can wear multiple hats and work flexibly across the portfolio of product marketing projects to drive adoption across analytics leaders, data teams, product teams, and business users.
You’ll work on product launches, website content (industry, solutions, and product messaging), sales enablement, video content, competitive strategy and a host of other GTM programs. As we build the team there will be opportunities for increased specialization – but as a scrappy Series A company moving fast, we’re looking for a “get it done” team player who is low on ego and high on agency — with a passion for collaboration and teamwork across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Success.
What You’ll Work On
Positioning & Messaging Framework
- Build and evolve WisdomAI’s core messaging anchored in audience needs, not just product features.
- Translate deep analytics workflow understanding into compelling value propositions for analytics leaders, data teams, and business teams.
- Create consistent, resonant messaging across product, sales, and marketing functions.
2. Audience Research & Insights
- Run continuous qualitative and quantitative research to map audience pain points, workflows, and decision criteria.
- Build and maintain personas and ICP definitions (analytics leaders, BI owners, RevOps, FP&A, product teams).
- Serve as the internal expert on how our audience works, buys, adopts, and expands.
3. Product Launch Strategy
- Own end-to-end launches for major features, capabilities, and platform releases.
- Create differentiated launch narratives tied to a broader audience-centric story — not just release notes.
- Partner with product, design, and marketing to deliver multi-channel launch programs that resonate.
Competitive & Market Intelligence
- Maintain a live view of how competitors solve problems for the same audience segments.
- Build clear “Why Wisdom vs. X” narratives framed around workflows and outcomes — not just features.
- Enable sales and product with actionable competitive insights.
Sales & GTM Enablement
- Build pitch decks, playbooks, objection handling guides, and customer stories aligned to the real-world stack of tools our audience uses.
- Partner with Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success to ensure they have the messaging, tools, and stories needed to win.
Content Strategy & Thought Leadership
- Develop top-to-bottom funnel content that shows how WisdomAI improves the full workflow:
- Analytics → Insights → Decisions → Actions → ROI (Business Value)
- Collaborate with the Head of Product Marketing and other company leaders to articulate our category POV.
- Create content that covers broader interests of the analytics/data audience, not just product features.
Pricing, Packaging & Adoption
- Shape packaging and pricing recommendations grounded in persona needs and value realization.
- Identify adoption blockers and create targeted enablement to accelerate activation and expansion.
Cross-functional Partnership
- Act as the connective tissue between Product, Sales, Success, and Marketing.
- Bring the “voice of the customer” into roadmaps, positioning, and feature prioritization.
- Ensure customer feedback, audience insights, and competitive intelligence flow across the company.
What You Bring
- Must have a minimum 5 years of Product Marketing experience in Data, Analytics, BI, or AI Software (Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, AWS, PowerBI, Tableau, Looker, SigmaComputing, Omni, etc.)
- Experience working with technical audiences (Analytics, Data Engineering, Departmental Analytics teams like RevOps, FP&A).
- Ability to break down complex AI or data concepts into clear, concise messaging.
- Portfolio demonstrating GTM asset creation: pitch decks, competitive tear-downs, launch plans, and content pieces for enterprise software sellers and customer buying teams (user, manager, executive)
- Experience partnering with product and sales teams in fast-moving environments.
- Strong research muscle: customer interviews, workflow mapping, persona creation, competitive analysis.
- A bias for clarity, speed, and narrative excellence.
Why This Role Matters
WisdomAI is not “another BI tool.”
We’re creating a new category — AI Data Analytics — and our Product Marketing team is responsible for shaping the story behind that category. You will be foundational in answering:
How do we explain this category? To whom? Why now? And what makes WisdomAI the inevitable choice?
If you want to shape the next era of enterprise analytics and build a category-defining narrative at a breakout AI company, we’d love to talk.
