Grow With Us
As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for setting meetings by calling into a list of customers and customer prospects. This role will be remote (you can work from home) but you must be able to work a regular shift during US hours. Here are some more specific requirements.
Day in the Life:
- Creating and curating prospecting lists
- Enriching current customer and prospect lists
- Prospecting into current customer and new prospects using sales automation tools like Outreach
- Creating and personalizing communications in Outreach or similar prospecting tool
- Using account research tools like ZoomInfo to personalize communications
- Calling and emailing current customers and prospects
- Setting meetings for Account Executives to close
- Capturing prospecting notes in Salesforce
- Uploading leads and contacts into Salesforce
- Tracking progress of prospects in Salesforce
- Collaborate effectively with the Sales team to improve the quality of outreach and communications
Who You Are:
- Some sales experience, ideally in Tech sales development
- English-language proficiency
- Strong drive and work ethic
- Ability to work well with a routine or process
- Above average conversational skills
- Ability to use software to do research
- Salesforce familiarity/proficiency
- Experience with sales tools like ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, Chorus, Gong, etc.
- Team first mindset; we are a humble and hungry group sharing one mission
- Excels under pressure in fast-paced environments
- Must have a reliable laptop and high-speed and stable primary and backup internet connection (at least 10 Mbps). Please note that we will require you to submit a document showing a screenshot of your speed test results.
- Must be willing to attend occasional in-person meetings in Metro Manila
