- Design and manage end-to-end lifecycle marketing campaigns—with a focus on email—to support acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention goals.
- Build and optimize email nurture tracks in HubSpot, tailored to user segments and behaviors, including content downloads, page views, and prior email engagement.
- Own campaign execution, including list segmentation, template design, copywriting, and calls to action that convert.
- Analyze performance across key metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversion, unsubscribe rates, etc.) to continuously test, iterate, and improve.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partnerships to deliver relevant messaging and drive seamless handoffs between lifecycle stages.
- Develop and maintain documentation, playbooks, and roadmaps for lifecycle processes, campaigns, and experiments.
- Maintain database health—reducing list decay, ensuring deliverability, and driving high-quality engagement.
- Identify new opportunities to personalize the customer journey and create moments of delight that build long-term loyalty.
Who You Are:
- 3-5 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, email marketing, or marketing automation—ideally in a high-growth environment.
- Highly analytical and comfortable using data to drive decisions; experienced in A/B testing, segmentation, and campaign reporting.
- Proficient in marketing automation platforms—especially HubSpot—and familiar with CRM and web analytics tools.
- An excellent communicator and writer, with a strong sense of voice, clarity, and persuasive messaging.
- Deeply customer-focused and skilled at translating audience insights into tailored marketing experiences.
- Organized and process-oriented; you can manage multiple campaigns and priorities with attention to detail.
- A self-starter who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced, and dynamic environment.
- Bonus: experience with SMS, in-app messaging, or multi-channel orchestration tools.
