We are looking for a self-motivated, detail-oriented administration aficionado to join our small but mighty team. The ideal candidate will have impeccable attention to detail, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and be an organizational guru. This role will play an integral part in coordinating and executing various People, Recruitment Operations, and programs and processes. This is a remote position that involves working cross-functionally with teams across the organization.
Day in the Life
People Operations
- Manage employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding
- Update and maintain employee documents and records in various systems (e.g. HRIS-Rippling, performance and management-Lattice), etc.
- Inventory of all company merchandise and assets - tracking, shipping, collection
- Manage basic HR-related requests (e.g creation of CoE, coordinating employee verification, asset-related questions, etc.)
- End-to-end assistance and management on all engagements, virtual or off-site, throughout the PH hub. From ideation to execution and post-event ad-hoc tasks.
- Manage communications of different types of announcements and reminders to employees and managers
- Field employee questions/concerns
Recruitment Operations
- Manage recruitment trackers
- Manage job postings and ATS
- Help manage recruitment job boards (responding and directing to job portals, managing subscriptions and renewals) and social media
- Help research market trends and salary data
- Help in initial screening, including interviews (if needed)
- Communicate with hiring managers (if needed)
Who You Are
- 2-3 years experience in HR or Administrative support role
- At least 1 year of experience in recruitment
- Must have a basic understanding of our common PH labor code practices (e.g overtime pay, holiday pay, due process, PIP process, etc.)
- Must have experience in a role with high volume of administrative responsibility (e.g. HR, recruiting, remote office management, or other administrative roles)
- Passionate people person who understands the value of positive employee experiences
- Efficient, thoughtful, and personable written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive and detail-oriented with advanced administrative and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and effectively prioritize and work in a dynamic, demanding environment
- Must be able to work 3 AM to 12 PM Philippine Standard Time
- Must be willing to attend occasional in-person meetings in Metro Manila
