- Strategic Product Development:
- Clearly articulates the value proposition of their products.
- Demonstrated expertise in identifying and validating Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs).
- Able to quantify the impact of their most successful work across key metrics such as revenue, customer acquisition, product adoption, usage, and customer satisfaction.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Extensive experience working with multi-cultural teams and teams across different time zones.
- Proven ability to manage integration projects with external vendors.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Adept at collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Internal: Drives Go-to-Market (GTM) motions and product enablement activities to empower internal teams in marketing, sales, implementation, and support.
- External: Possesses extensive experience working closely with customers and users to understand pain points, prioritize jobs to be done, and conduct user research.
- Technical Acumen:
- Capable of interpreting technical documentation and developer sites.
- Skilled in translating API technical documentation into clear product requirements.
- SAAS experience and knowledge in Benefit space
- Experience in Health, Retirement, Insurance products
- Bonus:
- Proficiency in Chinese.
