About the Job

We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Field Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our marketing efforts, executing field campaigns, engaging with potential clients, and driving brand awareness. Minimum Qualifications

  • 7+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a B2B or fintech environment
  • Experience in field marketing or event management, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Proven experience leading integrated marketing campaigns in Thailand
  • Native Thai speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Thai and English
  • Strong balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM software.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-ambiguity environment with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Proven ability to communicate marketing impact in terms of commercial results (ROI, pipeline, conversion)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the fintech industry or related sectors.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and tools.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
  • Bonus points if you’ve worked in an Events Agency, startups or other fintech industry
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, or Clevertap
  • Understanding of Thai regulatory landscape and digital economy priorities

Responsibilities

Strategic Marketing Leadership

  • Develop and execute the integrated marketing plan for Xendit Thailand across brand, performance, and communications
  • Translate company and regional goals into localized campaigns that resonate with Thai regulators, enterprises, and the public
  • Orchestrate multiple campaigns into cohesive initiatives that deliver measurable, impactful business outcomes
  • Own the Thailand marketing budget and prioritization of high-impact activities

Brand & Communications

  • Build and protect Xendit’s brand in Thailand by creating a clear, consistent narrative around trust, resilience, and innovation
  • Manage local PR agencies, coordinate with corporate communications on issues/crisis management, and maintain strong media relations
  • Develop educational content around digital payments, fraud prevention, and financial infrastructure to elevate public understanding

Demand Generation & GTM

  • Drive B2B lead generation campaigns for verticals like insurance, travel/hospitality, and large enterprises
  • Collaborate with sales to build mid- and bottom-of-funnel content, case studies, and sales enablement materials
  • Run local events, webinars, and co-marketing with partners to attract and convert pipeline
  • Clearly communicate campaign outcomes in terms of ROI, pipeline contribution, and other commercial metrics

Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Work closely with country GM, sales, risk, compliance, and product to align on market priorities and regulatory sensitivities
  • Partner with regional marketing on localization of campaigns, content, and product launches

Team & Execution

  • Guide and mentor the local marketing team in day-to-day execution with an experimental and iterative mindset
  • Make data-informed decisions; continuously test, learn, and optimize based on real performance metrics
  • Foster a performance-driven marketing culture built on trust, creativity, and accountability
