About the Job

Join our dynamic lending team as a Lending Operations Specialist, where you will play a critical role in the heart of our business. You will be responsible for ensuring the integrity and accuracy of our loan lifecycle by meticulously managing and verifying critical documents. This position is perfect for a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building robust financial processes. Your work will directly contribute to our operational excellence.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Graduate of Management, Accounting, Finance, or a similar course.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; OR a minimum of 2 years of working experience in document management, finance, or a related operational field.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a thorough, meticulous approach to work.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office / Google Suite.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of quality.
  • Proven ownership mentality and the initiative to solve problems independently.
  • Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in document verification or operations within a multi-finance company, lending institution, fintech, or financial services.
  • Proven experience thriving in a start-up or fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced skills in G-Sheets and/or Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, array formulas).
  • Comfortable with data analysis and making data-driven decisions.
  • A quick learner who adeptly picks up new skills through self-exploration and building effective working relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Manage, review, and validate all loan documentation, including invoices, BAST (Deed of Delivery and Acceptance), and other required underlying documents.
  • Conduct thorough invoice checking to verify authenticity and accuracy.
  • Monitor and manage the end-to-end processes for loan disbursements and customer repayments.
  • Handle and analyze large datasets to support operational decisions and identify trends.
  • Prioritize and manage a high-volume workload effectively to meet strict deadlines without compromising on quality.
  • Communicate clearly and collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, risk, product) and external stakeholders (e.g., clients, partners).
  • Proactively identify process improvements and take initiative to implement solutions.
